PDF XChange Viewer SDK can do SCAN?

Hi! Im a bit of curious here. I will like to know, do PDF XChange Viewer SDK,
can do the scanning part?

example: 1. Scan from any Scanner using Twain and display it at the viewer?
2. Viewer are currently view a How.pdf (2 pages) i want to scan and insert it into the middle of the How.pdf.
Can it be done? How?

Hi, johnnyjoe.

I'm afraid the 'Scan to PDF'(without scanning part) feature is available for the End-User only in current realization.

You may use "NewDocumentFromScanner" command for displaying select-scanner-and-scan dialog only:

We plan to add this feature to the SDK for developer use in the future.

Yes - all upgrades are provided FOC for 12 months.

However - do note that their are distribution limitations also - so please do read the license info provided in the evaluation SDK you downloaded or see this page for further info.

For my requirement, it would be enough to suppress the scannersource dialog.
