Program crashes a lot - what should I do?

I'm running PDF-XChange Viewer version 2.0 Build 44.0 on XP Pro.

I love the program, but it is crashing a lot, especially with the typewriter tool. What should I do? Should I assume something is corrupted and uninstall/reinstall?

Please details: how we can reproduce this problem ?

for example - is it dependedant on specific documents or can it be reproduced for any document?

If it is a document-specific problem - then please send us the problem-document for investigation. We should fix it urgently.

However - I would make the comment also - as you can see from the messages here on this forum (and this is also true in regards emails received) we have not had other reports indicating such an obvious issue - so it does appear to be something very specific to your installation - or the files being viewed.

I suspect that something is corrupted, as I searched the forums first and saw nothing. The problem is completely not duplicatable as far as I can tell.

I haven't had a chance to uninstall/reinstall yet, but I will do as suggested above. Thanks!

Let us know if the reinstall works and if not you can attach a document that this behaviour occurs in to this post, remeber to zip it first or the attachment will get stripped.
