Installing an MSI

I'm trying to use this command line to install:

Can you confirm your system is fully patched with the latest security updates from MS and also advise what AV software you are running ?

I suspect for some reason your AV software is blocking the install, if you have no objections - please temporarily disable your AV and run the install again.

Please advise once done.

I changed it to /qb and UAC was what was preventing the install. We use ESET NOD32, it wasn't interfering. Usually, I can run a batch file with Admin rights and have no problems. That wasn't the case here though.
