Hello!
First of all - thank you for creationg such a good product (I already uninstalled both Acrobat and Foxit).
This might be a newbie question, but I could not find the answer.
PDF-XChange remembers the layout and view settings for the files in the Recent list. Excellent. I do however not want to have a list of 50 or 100 recent files. Is there any way to remember this setting for files that fall from the Recent list. If not, this might be a suggestion - remember settings for files not older than ... months.
What does the option Restore the last view of document in the Initial view of Page Display Options mean?
Thanks for a great product.
Regards,
Kristof

Re: Restore last view settings
Hi, Kristof.
Application always saves your changes of document-panes layout(position/visibility of 'Bookmarks', 'Thumbnails', etc. panes).
If 'Restore the last view' is checked then this custom layout will be used for each opened document as initial.
If it is not checked and "Default View"="Automatic" then will be used the individual document's settings for his initial layout.
About 'Restore last used Layout and Zoom' option:
As above, the application remembers the last used Page Layout (Single Page, Continues, Two Pages, etc.),
Page Zoom Mode(ActualSize, FitPage, FitWidth) and last used Page Zoom Level(zoom percents) for each open document.
These settings can be restored for a document on opening if the 'Restore last used Layout and Zoom' is checked.
'Restore last used Layout and Zoom' will override the 'Default Page Layout' and 'Default Page Zoom' options.
