Hello!
I've added some comments into my document. I've positioned and shaped them so they don't hide the document's text. Now I would like to print the document with comments. I can do that but the comment's shapes change their positions so in some cases I can't see the document's text anymore. The shapes are already changed in the printing preview.
My question therefore: How I can I fix the shapes and positions of my comments so that I can print them as I see them in my document.
Thank you for your help.

Hi - can you please ZIP a file that shows this and upload to this topic and we will be pleased to investigate - also please advise the specific printer and model set as your default and your Window's OS.
Many thanks.

Hello!
Thank you for your fast reply.
You'll find the file attached. I forgot to mentioned it's a scan. Maybe that's where the problem comes from.
I use Windows XP with SP 3. We have a HP Laserjet 1300 at home but I tried with some Canon printers in my office and there it's the same problem.
Another question: Is it possible to get rid of the comments header (comment, user, date, time) and just to show the comment's text?
Thank's again.

Re: Different comment/mark up shape when printing
Hi PetMey,
At first I thought it is due to the older build you are using (42.4) but the notes are shifted in my build 46 Viewer as well.
We are investigating now.
As for minimizing the extra data on a note I am afraid that this is not possible at this moment.
Best,
Stefan
