The link for the history of changes is in my signature, but release notes usually lag behind release dates by some weeks. There are no notes for 2.0.48 yet — I am sure they will be updated in due course.

Bhikkhu is right,
We do sometimes get so devoted to actually making the build that the version history "lags behind".
It should be updated by the end of the day now - for both builds 48 and 49.
