Hello
I have struggled with this for quite some time now. Can someone please let me know how to insert multiple pdf pages into a document at once. I currently have to insert one page at a time. I am using PDFexchange viewer 2.0
Thanks

Re: Insert multiple Pages
Hi y061q
if you open both source and target documents in the Viewer at the same time (separate tabs) you can then use: the Insert Pages dialogue box will give examples of the syntax you can use to specify pages, page ranges etc.

if you open both source and target documents in the Viewer at the same time (separate tabs) you can then use:
Code: Select all
Document --> Insert Pages --> From Already Opened Document --> Source Page range --> Pages --> page numbers

Re: Insert multiple Pages
I have tried this process but the problem that I am encountering is that all of the documents that I am merging together are one page long.
To be more specific, I plot to pdf in AutoCAD and each sheet is a separate pdf document. Sometimes I have to merge 20 pages together.

Re: Insert multiple Pages
Hi y061q,
Then the better tool to use would be our PDF Tools - there splitting and merging multiple files together is easier and more convenient.
PDF Tools requires a separate license, but you can take advantage of a generous upgrade discount your Viewer license entitles you to. If you go to our website and register your Viewer serial (if you haven't already).
The PDF Tools license is valid for PDF-Tools and PDF-XChange Viewer.
Regards,
Stefan
