Why does mark to buy still appear after I purchased it?

Why does mark to buy still appear after I purchased it?

I print to PDF X-Change3.0 from my Family Tree Heritage program. When the file opens in my purchased PDF XChange viewer program, it still contains colored circles in each up corners saying to "click to buy NOW! PDF XChange http://www.docu-track.com". I already did buy it, installed it and the ONLY reason why I purchased it was to get rid of those circles from the corners! Help please!!! The file is attached below. Thanks.

The watermarks will still be there on old files saved before registering. If you enter your registration code in Preferences, they will not be added to any files that you save from now on.

Further to Bhikkhu's answer,

the product you used to create the file was not the PDF-XChange Viewer - but our PDF-XChange 'Virtual Print Drivers' which allow you to a 'print' a PDF from any windows application - rather than print to paper.

Therefore - if the 'Family Tree Heritage program' came with our PDF-XChange 'virtual' printer - it may be that their program includes a limited license to create PDF files from within their application ONLY as we license several 1000's developers around the world to do this - but it will not allow you to use our products externally/directly from other applications (e.g. MS Office) - it is then you need to purchase a license for external use.

So ...

If you are using our product externally - you need a serial number for either PDF-XChange Standard or PDF-XChange PRO (not the Viewer PRO) - and these serials start either ("PXC..." or "PXP..." - not "PVP ...")

If you are using our product from within the 'Family Tree Heritage' program and not externally - I would suggest you contact them directly and ask if they include a free 'LIMITED' license as described above - or not and if you are still unsure - please email us direct with your license info (PLEASE DONT PUBLISH HERE) and we will try and assist further.
