Hi,
I start using the viewer evaluation version. It's a very good program. It meets all of my requirements.
Here are my questions.
1. How to change line size when I use Underline?
2. By default, the sticky notes subject is "sticky note". Can you use the sticky note content as the subject? Or at least use the first few line. It will be useful when I open the Comments panel.
3. In comments panel, I don't want to see "Underline", Author, Date/Time, all I want to see is my notes so I can jump to the location quickly. Better yet, all comments including Underline should include either notes or pdf content so I can go to the location quickly.
4. How to remove the sticky notes frame which has Author, Subject? I don't want the frame block my pdf content.
TIA
Larry

Re: Sticky note suggestion
You cannot do this. Calculation of underline position is based on metrics of the font(s) used for underlined text.1. How to change line size when I use Underline?
Again no, sorry. But in Comments panel you can see text which is contained in sticky note (or other comments).2. By default, the sticky notes subject is "sticky note". Can you use the sticky note content as the subject? Or at least use the first few line. It will be useful when I open the Comments panel.
If you have notes for your underline, it should be shown in comments pane.3. In comments panel, I don't want to see "Underline", Author, Date/Time, all I want to see is my notes so I can jump to the location quickly. Better yet, all comments including Underline should include either notes or pdf content so I can go to the location quickly.
You can turn off showing Date/Time, Author, Subject (see Comments page in the Preferences), but frame still be present.4. How to remove the sticky notes frame which has Author, Subject? I don't want the frame block my pdf content.

What I want to change is the underline line size, not position. The same can be changed in pen tool. You cannot do this. Calculation of underline position is based on metrics of the font(s) used for underlined text.1. How to change line size when I use Underline?
In comments panel, I can turn off subject in sticky notes, so this is not a issue.Again no, sorry. But in Comments panel you can see text which is contained in sticky note (or other comments).2. By default, the sticky notes subject is "sticky note". Can you use the sticky note content as the subject? Or at least use the first few line. It will be useful when I open the Comments panel.
In comments panel, all underlines show "Underline" as subject. If I don't put anything as notes, they don't help me to recognize what's underlined. Is it possible to automatically add underlined text as notes? So in comments panel, the notes will be more helpful.

Underline size (weight) is also set in the font's metrics.lzhao wrote:What I want to change is the underline line size, not position. The same can be changed in pen tool.
