I have lost my serial number (keycode)

After formatting the PC I have lost my serial number (keycode) of the PDF viewer that I purchased about a year ago, how do I get it back?

Please contact us on support@pdf-xchange.com and tell us your order number and we will recover that for you.
If you have lost the order number as well please provide us with your names, the e-mail used when you made the purchase and any other information that might help us locate your purchase, and we should still be able to locate your license.

Obviously the forums are opened for everyone so we have to continue the communication through e-mail.
