Bookmarks dont work

Hi,
since I am using PDFSchange-Viewer I have a problem with some PDFs opening the bookmarks and I don't know how to solve the problem. I wanted to add the files, but they are too big (16MB). With Adobe everything worked fine. Any ideas?

HI Carolin Mauser,

You are quite right that we will need to look at the files in question. If they are too big to post on the forum you can email them directly to support@pdf-xchange.com. Our email can handle attachments of up to 20MB so this should be OK. If that fails I can send you temporary FTP credentials so you can upload the files to us.
