I would like to add a text box to each page that has the version number of the pdf document. Is there a way to easily add this text box to each page, and to update it. It's cumbersome, but possible to add this text box to individual pages the first time, but I did not find a search and replace feature that would allow me to easily update it when I make minor changes.
Thank you.
Maintaining document version number in pdf file on each page

Hi KarenKlopfer,
have you tried to use the Comments Pane to collect them all together? Whilst you can't update multiple comments with one change is would be easier to get to then than paging through a document...
