False background-color in pdf

Hello,

when i open a pdf with ghostscript 8.60 created, the backgroundcolor appears in green-blue?
Anyone who has this problem and can solve it?

I don't see it as a problem, but you can change document colours in Preferences, Accessibility.

Hello Willi,

This seems like a scanned image, and this greenish tint is probably coming from your scanner.
Please try with different colour settings for the printer, or try scanning in B&W.

The same colour is displayed in Adobe's Reader as well so I do not believe this is a Viewer issue at all.

thanks for your answer.
Other readers like Adobe or Foxit display the page correct.

The page i've uploaded is created with a screenshot program (the original contains confidential informations). I choose pdf because jpg and tif are not allowed.

you misunderstood because of my bad english.

The page i've have uploaded isn't an original pdf-file. It's a image. Captured with a screenshot-program. So you see this green background too.
The original file contains confidential information on the top of the page. Therefore i captured an area and don't upload the original pdf-file.

We are checking this now, but there is a slight colour as backgroung in Adobe as well
(even though it's different - yellow )

thanks for the sample. When I open it in our Viewer the background is light green and in Adobe reader it is yellow. What colour background are you expecting?

i'm expecting no/white background. I testet it with Foxit Reader. Here the page is shown correct.

The Foxit displays this document incorrectly - you may check it in Adobe Reader (light-yellow rectangle).
Foxit draws the white image because it doesn't support the Color Management feature, but we and Adobe support.
To resolve your problem you may change one option:
1. go to [Menu/Edit/Preferences/Color Management/Conversion Options group]
2. choose the "Microsoft ICM" options from engines list and press OK.
