I don't know if it should be like this, but the "Ratio Value" of distance tool is globaly for all styles. Wouldn't it be better to save the ratio into the style?
At the moment i have always to change the ratio, if the pdf has a different scale. If the ratio would be saved into style, i could make different styles and select the one i need from the viewer-drop-down.
btw: I use PDF-Xchange Viewer Pro 2.0 Build 52.0, if it is a bug.

I think it was designed this way. I believe the scale is retained between sessions as the last used. I will see if this is something that can be considered in a later version of the Viewer.
