Can't send eMails from PDF-XChange Viewer Pro

I installed a licensed x64-Version of PDF-XChange Pro on a Windows 2008 x64 Terminal-Server and nearly all features work fine. The only thing I've trouble is the 'Send by eMail'-feature of PDF-XChange Viewer Pro. If I use this feature I get the following Error-Message:
'Couldn't send the document by eMail. Error [System]: Unbekannter Fehler.'

Office 2007 Professional is installed, Outlook is configured as Exchange-Client and the error occurs even if the user has administrative privileges.

Please let me know which version of our viewer you are using.
Also, on x64 system you have installed the x64 version of the viewer, so it can use only x64 version of MAPI client. If your mail application isn't registered as MAPI client for 64-bit applications, I'm afraid that our Viewer will not be able to send emails using your mail application.

PDF-XChange Viewer is V 2.0 (Build 54.0). You are right: Office 2007 is installed in a 32bit Version, but I can't change this. I tried to install PDF-XChange Pro from a 32bit msi-download, but this failed with a message that this 32bit-version can only be installed on a 32bit OS. Is there a way to install the 32bit-version on a 64bit OS?

The options as I see them are: 64 bit Office (Office 2010 )
or our portable Viewer - which is a 32 bit only application and can be run as such on a 64 bit OS and will try to access 32 bit drivers for scanners/mailing.
