Tabbing through fields

I have a form that has many fields that the user can enter data. The tab order of these fields in PDF-Xchange do not match the tab order as created.
How do I change tab order in a document?

there is not a control in PDF-XChange Viewer to manage this. It should follow the tab order specified when created. What did you use to create the form?

Can you tell me if the form tab order is the same or different when using Adobe Reader as opposed to PDF-XChange? Perhaps you could post the file?

I used Nitro Pro to create the form.
Tab order works if I use Adobe Reader.
