I have the trial version of PDF-XChange, and for some reason I am not able to use the select all feature. I am not editing text PDFs, but I want to be able to draw objects on the pdf and be able to move and manipulate multiple objects at once. I tried using ctrl + click to select more than one object but it still will only allow you to select one at a time.
If I can figure out how to do this I will buy the software today, but if not, it may be a deal breaker. Thanks!

Re: Selecting Multiple Objects
Hello Chisno,
I am afraid that selecting multiple objects is not yet possible in our Viewer.
We are working on a new version however, and in it we are planning to support such object manipulations.
For the moment I am afraid you will have to keep manipulating them one at a time, but this is a feature available in the Free Viewer as well, so you could keep with it until we release ver3, or you could purchase a license now, and get ver3 for free when it is available.
(As with each license you get at least 12 months of free upgrades and ver3 will be released before that).
Regards,
Stefan

Re: Selecting Multiple Objects
I was wondering if this feature is available now. I too was looking for this selecting of multiple objects. I can't seem to find out how to do it if it exists.
Thanks,

Re: Selecting Multiple Objects
Hello William,
Selecting more than one object is planned for ver3 of our Viewer as stated above.
You can find a brief outline of what is coming in version 3 located at the link below

Ver3 is scheduled for release later in Q2 this year.
Best,
Stefan

Re: Selecting Multiple Objects
Thanks sorry, I saw future versions, but didn't realize that you had meant version 3.
Is there any beta versions available?
Also, I use the PDF software very simply, draw a few boxes, lines, text... so with that, will this be available in the free version 3? I don't have a need yet for the more advanced feature set (may definitely in the near future though!).
Thanks for the quick replys

Re: Selecting Multiple Objects
Hi William,
Yes we had ver3 in mind, and nope no beta available yet, but I can say that all the tools that are currently available in the free version of ver2 will remain free in ver3 as well, so you will be able to keep using the free Viewer for your needs.
Best,
Stefan
p.s. Moved the topic to the correct PDF XChange Viewer End user forums
