Partially Blank pages

We had an issue the last few days of pdf's with blank areas in the pages. We scan patient encounter forms with a Fujitsu 6130, using ScandAll Pro 1.8. We save them as PDF's and then use PDF-XChange viewer to annotate etc. On an odd note, if you open them in Acrobat, then save a copy as , they are fine in your software. We do medical data, and so cannot send you sample files at this time. I'll see if i can get them to scan something nonconfidential in the morning and see if it does it and I can try to upload that.

That scan of a non-confidential doc would be most helpful in analyzing and resolving the problem I suspect - will await this before taking any further action.
