Distance Tool Styles

I tried to create a 2nd style for the distance measurement tool. I cloned the first style, renamed it, and then tried to change the scale from 1 in = 8 ft to 1 in = 10.67 ft. However, when I change one style the other one changes also. Is it not possible for these 2 styles to have different scales with everything else remaining the same? In other words for their scales to be independent of one another. Maybe I am doing this the wrong way. See attached screen shot.

we will add a feature in the next build (build 55 due out next week) to include scale ration into the measurement comment styles.

Will the fix also allow the area tool to have different scales also?

Yes the fix would be for both the distance and area tools.

HI Arnold, the fix has been implemented, as Stefan pointed out it will be for both distance and area and should be ready for download Friday the 10th September.

Thank you very much. I forced myself to get comfortable measuring blueprints with PDF-XChange Viewer. Much more efficient, and saves a lot of trees by not printing them.
