Saved form freezes

Hi we use PDF XChange and occasionally have problems opening up forms that have been saved. Below is an example of a blank form that opens fine, and a saved form that locks up PDF XChange when scrolled to the bottom.

what version of the Viewer are you using? Help --> About PDF-XChange Viewer.

I am able to open both files without issue in the current version. (Build 56) Can you check for updates and test again please?

It doesn't lock up using the PDF XChange browser plugin. But if you try downloading the Saved form, and opening it up in the full version of PDF XChange it locks.

I'm using the latest version 2.0 Build 56.

indeed that is what I did. It worked for me in both Firefox Addin and in the stand alone Viewer. We are going to need more information to reproduce this. Can you please use Help --> Report a Problem and send us the attachments (4 zip files offered) as well as a reference to this forum thread to cross reference and we'll see if we can reproduce this.

I too have experienced this issue in a saved form, as soon as I try to click on anything, it crashes. It worked fine when I was on 2.055 but now that I upgraded to 2.056, I cant work on the file anymore.

All file examples welcome - respectfully - little point in posting if you have not provided an example file - please zip and upload and advise your OS and also your AV program - just in case that is relevent.
