We installed InfoDynamics IntactSmart application on our Citrix Xenapp 6 server running on Windows Server 2008 R2, and now our PDF Exchange 4.0 Build 157 printer has disappeared. I try to add the printer back, but the PDF XChange driver is not listed in the Manufacturer list. However, I choose a generic printer and finish the install. I then go back and change the driver of the generic printer to the PDF-XChange 4.0 option and the printer returns as it was before.
But when I logoff the Server and log back on, the printer is gone.
How can I get the printer back, so it does not disappear?
Thanks

Re: Printer Disappears
HI Chris Marlar,
I have moved this topic from the Viewer forum to the Print Driver forum where it belongs.
We have not tested the Print Driver for use in XenApp and it is not currently supported on that platform so I don't have am immediate answer for you. I do know that some users have reported running the Viewer as a Virtualized application successfully (XenApp) but to date I'm not familiar with anyone doing that for the print Driver.
We can probably take a look at this for the long term but I must advise that it is not likely to be something we can address in the very near future.
