Using Tracker Products - Ask Toolbar

Hi -

I am looking for a good set of pdf products that I can use and recommend to others on my team who put out a newsletter for our organization

My first foray into Tracker products was attempting to install the free PDF viewer.

I canceled the PDF Xchange free Viewer install when I saw the secondary install for the Ask Toolbar.

Some software vendors install the Ask Toolbar, regardless if the user OKs it or not, and then sometimes it cannot be uninstalled.

How do I ensure that the Ask Toolbar not be installed?

Hello dp,

We do respect your choice and if you uncheck the option for the ask toolbar, we will NOT install it.

As for removing it - it might be tricky at times, but this is because of ask and not us - if you search for similar topics in this forum you will see that we have provided detailed instructions on how to remove a persistent ask toolbar installation, for users that just "clicked through" the installer, and realized it added the toolbar later.

Thank you... and I appreciate Tracker Software honoring not installing the Ask Toolbar.

I will go ahead and start using the free version, and then pro and then tools.
