Recent Purchase Key Code does not work

Recent Purchase Key Code does not work
I just purchased Product Code 1705-PVP20 PDF-XChange Viewer Pro ESD - Default Single User. I downloaded the software. However, the Keycode sent to me in the receipt email does not work. What am I suppose to do to get it to work?

Hi,
Please email sales@pdf-xchange.com with your license info (please DONT post here) and we will provide detailed instructions by return, I suspect you have downloaded one product and installed but purchased another and hence the serial key does not function with the product installed - but we can clear this up quickly once we have your email.
