Bottom of page disappears

After opening documents stored on my company's intranet server, any attempt to resize the image causes the Options toolbar to disappear, the bottom of the page cannot be viewed and an empty space appears below the Address bar. Going back and then forward again restores the original image, but any attempt to resize causes the problems to reoccur. The only option is to save the file to disk. Once opened from disc, the image can be resised and manipulated as normal. However, I access hundreds of files each day, so this is not really a long term option. Any ideas?

Hello Mark and welcome to our forums!

You are referring to some "image" files? Are you using our PDF Viewer for them, and if so how? (E.g. making new PDFs from images)
Or are you having problems with resizing the Viewer window itself?

Please make and attach a few screenshots to this topic describing the problem, so that we could get into the details and we would then try to help you further.

Thanks for responding so promptly.
Our images are mostly pdf's that are made from exported CAD files. The viewer is PDF Exchange Viewer Version 2.
Any resising of the viewer window causes this problem to happen, whether dragging the corner or sides, maximising the view, or even clearing the screen with the top-right - symbol. The problem did not occur with the previous version of the software.

Can you confirm that you are using the same IE version, so that we can just add your topic to the ticket for the guys to have in mind when fixing?

Yes it's the same issue - IE6 and our browser plugin.

This will be fixed in build 2.5 expected in October.

I just downloaded and installed the latest version, but it still has the same problem. Did I do anything wrong?

no you have not done anything wrong. We have had to delay the release of 2.5. It should be "any day now" - Take a look Monday, I'm hopeful it will be available by then.

I downloaded and installed the latest version and restarted my computer, but the problem is the same as before, I am unable to see the lower part of the document after manually dragging the image to resize. The attachment shows the problem I'm having.

this looks like it may be an issue specific to your system ...

We may need to provide you with a special debug version to try and locate and resolve as we cannot reproduce here - Vasya or Ivan will contact you directly and pick things up from there to try and resolve as soon as possible.
