PDF will not open

The attached file will open in Adobe Acrobat but not in any version of the Tracker Viewer that we have tested. Admittedly, the security settings in this PDF do not make sense but the PDF should still open I believe. This PDF was created from software by a large international company used widely by accounting firms throughout the world.

Problem is not with security handler. Problem is because your file is corrupted (offsets to objects in xref table are wrong), and we had not repaired this case of corruption.

Hi Howard,

I was able to "open" the document but the pages were blank. I've asked one of the dev team to take a look. I hope I didn't miss anything that should be obvious. I'm sure they will tell us what the deal is.

I created an internal Support Request Ticket "RT#626: PDF will not open" for the purposes of tracking this so there will be a response soon.
