PDF XChange pro version switches to free version

I installed the latest version of PDF X-Change Pro. when i login (XP), and start the program, the splash screen shows Pro version and all of the functionality is enabled. However, when a non-admin user logs on, the version switches to Free, with limited functionality. Why?

Are you referring to the license Viewer (Pro) or the Full Pro bundle?

I am not sure why this is happening but when a non admin user is logged in, open the viewer and goto Edit->Preferences->Registration and copy and paste the serial key into the serial key/code field, then click Apply and OK. See if the key sticks.

If you have the full PDF-XChange Pro bundle do this and as well goto the printers, right-click the PDF-XChange Printer and select Printing Preferences.

Click the About tab and then click the registration code button in the lower left. Paste in the serial key in the appropriate field on that screen and click ok.

One left, Open PDF-Tools, Click the Preferences button in the upper right, click the About tab, click the registration code button and paste the serial key into the appropriate field and click ok.

That should get all the components licensed.
