Dynamic Stamps

I am trying to figure out how to create a dynamic stamp... I often need to "sign" pdf's with my name and title... It would be nice if I could do this with a dynamic stamp. I've spent about an hour looking through the help files, but cannot find how. They show dynamic as an option on the Stamps Palette, but that does not show up on my installation.

while the use of dynamic stamps is supported in the current version you will need to import them form an existing source. https://www.pdf-xchange.com/knowled ... the-Viewer

V3 of the Viewer will include the ability to create them from scratch however and should be ready early next year.

Thanks Paul - I guess I will have to wait then! Do you know of anywhere that I can "find" a dynamic stamp to import in the meantime - I'd like to see how this works.

Hello David,

as far as I know adobe can offer a few and other various places on the net could have some available for download.

In your particular case for signing a document - you might also want to check how to create custom vector stamps with the current version of the Viewer

And with the tips provided above, and with the image of your signature, you can even create digital signatures with digital signature certificates:

(you can modify the default styles and include your own image)
