Hi Forum,
we`ve installed your Product on a Citrix Server and installed the 250 User Licence.
Each Citrix User, who logs on this server, has to retype the serial number.
Is there a possibility to make a registry entry for all Citrix user?
Regards

Re: Enter Serial Number each Citrixuser
Hello Markus,
Please see if the solution Andy Walton shared with us for updating other Viewer settings in a Citrix environment with XenApp will help you:
How do I configure Viewer settings globally within a Citrix XenApp
You need to create/modify a new key in HKCU\Software\Tracker Software\PDFViewer\Registration
The key name is "Key" - and the value is the full serial number.
Best,
Stefan

Hello Stefan,
Thank you for the fast answer.

Another clue for me?

I have never written Group Policy Scripts myself
But won't modifying/using something similar to what is shown in the KB article be useful in your case?
Best,
Stefan
