Document Insert Brings in a Form Minus Its Data

I have a file that consists of a form with some filled-in data. When I open this form in Viewer, I see the form and the data. However, when I use Document>Insert Pages to make this form the first page of another file, the form is inserted MINUS the data. How can I make the data come with the form?

in it's present form the Viewer cannot insert certain form types, doing so changes it's nature such that it is no longer a form. This is being addrressed in V3.
