Hi,
In my application user can import(select and load) pdf into the viewer. but is the user wants to load .doc or someother file types its giving error.
does viewer support such type of files?
if not, can we convert the selected doc file into PDF and load that in viewer?
please help me in this regard.

I am afraid that the Viewer can only open PDF files.
You can intercept the user trying to open any other file format, and perform whatever actions are necessary.
If you want to convert the said file to a PDF, please have a look at our drivers SDK:

But have in mind that you will need to have an application capable to open and "print" this file to our driver for you to be able to make the conversion.
