Can't Comment in PDF-XChange Viewer 2.5.192

In PDF-XChange Viewer 2.5.192, after i comment and saved. Open again...can't edit the previous comment.

No problem here. Are you protecting the file? See preferences, security.

If it is not a security restriction as Bhikkhu has suggested, and you have not flattened the comments or reprinted the file. please supply us with a sample of the file before and after you did the comments, and tell us the exact steps you performed to receive this result.
Also please tell us which OS are you using (e.g. XP x32, Win 7 x64)

Hi Stefan,

My OS is Windows XP Pro (SP 3).
I attached DOC1, DOC2, Error Pop up.doc in zip file.
Step 1 >>DOC1... I print from MS-Word with PDF Image writer.(Before I comment)
Step 2 >>DOC2....I comment and saved the docs.
Setp 3 >>Error Pop up... I open and edit the comment, this error prompt will occur.

One thing i found out is when i open in old version PDF-XChange Viewer 2.5.191, so far all ok.(Notes : Same Settings)
So, is it 192 software bug ?

Seems like this is indeed a problem with the latest build.
We have a ticket for this:
#850: Crash: The attached file crashes Viewer 2.5.192 when you attempt to move the comment.
So Our devs will investigate and try to find a solution for this as soon as possible.

Look forward to the bug fix. I am also unable to view or edit comments once I reopen a marked up file despite being able to do so in Adobe Reader X.

I have a similar problem: PDF-XChange Viewer 2.5.192 crashes when I try to edit a comment. I attach the crash report. Will this be solved with the bugfix release?
