Using Windows 7 and Outlook 2003 sp3 the send by email function returns a mapi error.
I've had it working on XP w/ Outlook 2003 and Win7 with Outlook 2010, but never with Win7 w/ Outlook 2003.
Any help is appreciated.
edit: It seems to be working sporadically, not sure why.

thaks for the post. I just replied to your email also. If it is working sporadically then this is going to be difficult to nail down. We are not aware of an issue like this. Since the email works sometimes can you send a problem report from within the Viewer? Help --> Report a problem. This will provide me with system details I need.
Of more concern is that this is 'sporadic'. This suggests that the issue may be specific to processes on your PC. Are you running any security software than might be blocking the call? If so have you added PDF-XChange as a trusted application?
