Extract portion of PDF files (paragraphs, not pages)into txt

I am not familiar with the program, Which version should I use (only viewer)?

Hi rompietro,

Using the Viewer I would suggest the easiest way is to merely use the text selection tool to highlight the paragraphs you want and use the copy and paste to paste the text you want into a text document.

Note: This will only be available when working with text based PDFs, PDF files created from scanned documents, (image based) will not allow the selection of said text nor the ability to copy and paste out the text you want extracted.
