Fillable PDF Data Display Issue

Post by JDoria »

I have a PDF form that I have partially filled out then saved. When I open the form again to complete it, the data I have already entered appears to be overlapped or written more than once in each field (looks like different fonts). Even those fields that do not look "overlapped," once you click in the field it does. Finally, if I open the document in Acrobat using the button in PDF-XChange, everything appears normal.

I searched the forum and was unable to find an possible resolution to this. Has anyone experienced this issue before?

Thanks in advance.

Jack

EDIT: If I print in PDF-XChange it prints the overlapping field data as well. Finally I checked the document properties and it appears that each time I save the document it the number of fonts increases. In the original blank fillable document PDF_Xchange says there are 10 fonts (all different). However, in the partially saved document it now says it has detected 284 fonts. I confirmed that the font number does indeed increase with each save.

Hi Jack,

Thanks,

Hi JDoria,

thanks for the sample. It appears that this form is displaying correctly for me. Can I ask if you are running the latest version of the Viewer? Build 194 was released on Friday. http://www.docu-track.com/knowledgebase ... nt-version

If you find that you are still having issues please let us know and supply a screen shot of what you are seeing: http://www.docu-track.com/knowledgebase ... to-support
