Flatten Sticky notes

Is there a way to flatten sticky notes with the comments?

I do not want other to delete the Sticky notes I post on the PDF's. The call out notes are flattened and works well, however I could not get the Sticky notes comments to flatten, only the icon gets flattened. Please advice.

Hi icemanz,

I'm afraid that isn't possible with sticky notes. Perhaps you want to customize the look af a text box or call out to do this.
