Undo pro features after saved

Hi,
I have used pro feature in a pro version. I didn't look at the warning carefully so it now has watermarks everywhere. Is there any way I can undo the pro features and remove the watermarks?

I regret not - at least not easily - you will appreciate if it were to easy to achieve there will be little point in having such a restriction to protect anyone from using the 'license' required PRO features - if you have them everywhere, you must have ignored a lot of warnings !

Well, that's too bad, and it is really mean of you to say so. I was trying to add labels to pages for easier reading, and I was scanning through the warning and though what it meant was those labels would be removed once I close the pdf. I was considering buying one since this is such a wonderful product. Now I changed my mind.

Oh, and about the "everywhere", I mean on every page of the two documents I have changed label.

Hi Jessica,

its not that I am being mean intentionally or otherwise - just trying to explain technically it is a very very complex task to do it and unless it is a very valuable document - its most likely far simpler to either re-acquire or recreate it - without seeing the document itself - its very hard to say.

If you send the file to support@pdf-xchange.com - you can always ask us directly and explain why it would a problem to re-acquire or recreate - and depending on the complexity - we may be able to help, what we cannot do is publically say yes to all such requests, or we would spend all day doing nothing else potentially.
