Re: importp option does not work
Hello Manabu,
Are you passing the settings file path correctly? E.g. if you are applying this to multiple users it could be easier to have the settings file on a network location (provided that it is mapped the same way for all users).
Also the current latest build of our Viewer is 2.5.194, so you might want to consider an update as well.
Best,
Stefan

Re: importp option does not work
Hello manabu,
From the command line make sure that you are passing the full path to the Viewer and a correct path to the settings file
E.g.:
C:\Program Files\Tracker Software\PDF Viewer\PDFXCView.exe /importp c:\mysettings.dat
If your Viewer is installed in the default Program Files folder and the settings are in the main directory of C:

Re: importp option does not work
Hello Stefan,
I & my friend tried 3 Pc's. But all Pc's don't work the option. (work other options, e.g. /exportp)
(2windows xp pro , windows 7 HomePremium )
Not only don't work the option, but also don't start the software.
(If the file path is NOT correct , the software starts.)
I tried "Portable" varsion ,too , but don't work the option.
I think it's depend Japanese OS.
(I changed the software's language settings to English , but didn't work)
Manabu.

HI manabu,
can I ask you to post your settngs.dat file (zip it first)
I will attempt to reproduce the issue with the current build (194)
XP Pro - these are SP3 32 bit?
Win 7 - SP1 and 64 bit?
reghards

Hi manabu
thanks for the details. I'll see if I can reproduce this over the next couple of days.
