I've run across a printing problem with PDF-XChange Viewer 2.5.294.0 64-bit on Windows 7. Every time I try to print the attached document, I get the following error:
PCL XL error
Subsystem: TEXT
Error: InternalError 0x50
Operator: TEXT
Position: 161127
I've tried a variety of print options, scaling options, 1-sided, 2-sided, etc. The error never goes away, the only thing that changes is the position of the error, and how many pages print out before the error is generated. I can print it successfully using PDF-XChange Viewer 32-bit running on Windows XP.
In case it's relevant, we have Xerox ColorQube 9201 printers using PCL6 drivers v5.145.12.0 for both 32-bit and 64-bit.

Re: PCL XL error when printing certain document
HI sedell,
the issue is with the Xerox driver. When you print from PDF-XChange Viewer you are not using our driver.
Since the issue is with text - have you tried setting the option "Print Text as Curves" to "Always" from the Advanced button on the Print Dialogue box.?
