Re: Autosave
Hi,
Thanks for the info and I can advise V3 will offer an Autosave option - can you please advise what version/build you are now using and also some details about your system as you should not be experiencing issues as indicated ..
Also perhaps a sample file that is proving problematic ?
You may find the 'Help -> Report a Problem' the best way to report as this automatically generates details on your system and the PDF-XChange Version etc + Windows info to allow us to analyse and investigate.
Thanks

Re: Autosave
Thanks - received and my first suggestion suggestion Rodney is that you update from build 54 to 195 as you will notice I ssuspect a major improvment in all area's - not least - in reliability
The other comments etc will be replied to once we have had a chance to analyse.

Re: Autosave
One off-topic (kind of) question:
As I was updating to the new version, I noted that the e-mail address associated with my registration needs to be updated. Can I do that on the site somewhere?

Hi cyraxote,
if you are referring to the email address used n the application itself, then simply type the new one on the E-mail Address field:
Edit --> Preferences --> Registration --> E-mail Address
If you are talking about the web site - then you can change that after logging in here : https://www.pdf-xchange.com/login
If you need assistance in either of these please write to support@pdf-xchange.com
