I hope Viewer can assoc pdf file under portable mode!

Hello Unwake,
File association requires registry entries - somethign a portable applicatin should not be doing - or it should not call itself portable any more, so sorry but this is one of the things we can't do.
You can still force the file association in windows if you like. Just hold down the shift key and right click a PDF file. In the menu that will appear select "Open With" then "Choose default Program..." and in the new window that will open there should be a checkbox to allow you to select to "Always use the selected program to open this kind of files".
