I use both PDF-XChange Viewer (pdfxcv) and PDF Annotator (pdfa) to view and annotate PDF files on my tablet PC. It's nice that I can launch pdfxcv from my browser, but I would like to configure pdfxcv's "Launch Toolbar" to allow me to open a PDF I am viewing in pdfxcv in pdfa, so that I can use the much better annotation toolkit there. Is there a way to do such a configuration within pdfxcv?

I am afraid that you can't do that. We are only adding a quick launch link to Adobe's Reader.
