Hi,
I am having a major problem with the XChange Viewer and would greatly appreciate your help.
I am currently using my netbook with Windows 7 as my OS.
I open a document with the XChange Viewer and want to print it, the window that opens automatically when choosing "Print" or "Ctrl+p" is cut off above and below. There is no way I can choose a printer from the dialogue, I do not see the above part of that normal window that allows you to choose your printer from a drop-down menu.
I tried to resize the window using every option that I could think of but I can change nothing about the size of that print-dialogue window. I resized the XChange Viewer but that does not help. I do not get to the edges of the print window to change its size.
Can somebody please help me?
Thank you very much indeed for your help!

Re: Problem: Printing with XChange Viewer on Netbook
Hello littlest,
This problem occurs particularly on laptops where the vertical resolution is not great and with Win7 the default font size being slightly larger as well this causes our Print Dialogue window to stretch.
Please have a look at this KB article on how to correct this:
I have a problem with the Print Dialogue box being larger than my screen
Best,
Stefan

Re: Problem: Printing with XChange Viewer on Netbook
Thank you so much!
I set the font size to 8 and this worked like a charm!
I am so happy that I can continue to use the XChange Viewer as my default pdf viewer on my netbook.
Keep up the good work and thanks again for your prompt reply!
