Re: Problem with Font with some pdf (Misplaced font)
Hi adntES,
I see missing check boxes but the fonts seem OK. The fonts are embedded so I don't see how they could be missing. Can I ask you to send a screen shot of what you are seeing in both our Viewer and Adobe Reader?
I have passed this on to the development team to investigate and raised a Support Request Ticket to track it's progress. Please quote "RT#1034: Form not displayed correctly" when corresponding in regards this issue.

PDFX VIEWER

ADOBE

As you see it's total chaos ^^ plus the checkbox doesn't work..
However, i tested this with the SDK PDFX viewer and the pdf is displaying correctly.

Hello adntES,
The form looks pretty fine to me in our Viewer build 195, so can you please double check that you have the latest build on the machine where you are testing?
ALSO - please make sure after the update from an older install you DO restart Windows.
Also while some of the form fields look a bit strange, they seem to werk pretty well actually.
Best,
Stefan

Re: Problem with Font with some pdf (Misplaced font)
Hi, adntES.
The white background boxes in Acrobat8 are overlaps the page background and are under check-boxes groups, so check-boxes are visible.
These white boxes in Acrobat10 are above than groups check-boxes, so check-boxes are INvisible.
I then checked PDF-XChange Viewer and we display like Acrobat10. I have removed these additional white boxes and have been able to use all check-boxes...
Best
Regards.
I tested it with current version and with Acrobat8, Acrobat10. This document displays differently on both versions of Acrobat....plus the checkbox doesn't work..

Possible reason: you have used different versions, SDK and end-user program, check it please, the latest version is 2.5.0.195...However, i tested this with the SDK PDFX viewer and the pdf is displaying correctly.
Best
