Text over Custom Stamp

Is there any way to place down a custom stamp and then use the Typewriter tool to fill in the blanks of the stamp?

Say I have a stamp that says Approved by, can I use the Typewriter markup to fill in the blank? Every time I try to write on it it focuses on the stamp instead of calling the text writer.

Hello ganske,

You can hold down the Shift Key and the Viewer will "ignore" the stamp and will let you use the typewriter tool.
