hi
When I have a PDF document on PDF XChange viewer, and I go to print, it does not recognise the seperate page sizes.
Every time I print a document which contains A4 and A3 sizes, I have to print the sizes seperately (very tedious), or end up with A4 documents on A3 pages, or vice versa.
The software does not seem to recognise the different page sizes (like Adobe does)
Cheers

Hello Robert,
Do you have the "Choose Paper Source by PDF-page Size" turned on? If yes and it's not working for you could you please tell us the exact model of your printer, and ideally provide us with a link from which we could download the same drivers that you are currently using for it.
Best,
Stefan

Hi
Yep I had that box ticked but it will still print A3's on A4's and vice versa.
Printer model is a Ricoh Aficio MP C3501. Not too sure what drivers you mean?

Hi Robert,
your Ricoh Aficio MP C3501 will be using device drivers. We need to test our Viewer with the exact same drivers you are using else the test is flawed. You can usually get the driver version number from the Printer properties in this HP printer:
