Keyboard Shortcut (Navigation after adding a note or bookmar

I'm wondering how I can get back to navigation (able to use pageup/down or arrow keys)
after I've added a bookmark or note

without having to click on the window

Is there a provide keyboard shortcut or one I can use?

the software is amazing :)

IIRC Alt Left/Right is navigate to Previous/Next view. Shortcuts can be customised by right-clicking on a toolbar and opening the customise dialogue. Open the commands tab to customise shortcuts.
