Toolbars not appearing web/preview handler Win 7 64-bit
Did a full installation. PDF viewer is enabled for web viewing. No toolbars appear in either the web viewer or the preview handler (for windows explorer). They are there in the stand-alone app. The key feature I need is the ability to search within the previewed document. All toolbars appear on exactly same installation on XP Pro, but not Win 7 64-bit.

Hello JayeCee,
The settings in the browser plug-in are separate from those in the stand alone Viewer - so it's possible for you to hide them at one place and not the other. In order to show the toolbars in your browser all you need to do is:
1) Open a PDF document
2) Click inside the document so that the Viewer plug-in has the focus
3) Press F8,F9 or F11 to toggle the visibility of the Toolbars, Main menu bar or all of them respectively
As for the preview handler inside Windows explorer - I do not believe it is possible to have toolbars opened there, but you can try to press the "Ctrl + F" Key Combination - and this will open the search toolbar if possible.
Best,
Stefan
