When I enter my serial key in the Registration screen and hit apply. Nothing happens. If I hit OK the screen dissappears but the program isn't upgraded to the Pro Version.

Hello blutzski,
You will need to make sure that your windows user account has the correct permissions to make changes to the registry, and you need to ensure that you have the serial key correctly entered - it should turn blue if it is correct.
If you are still having problems please send us your order number and/or serial key via e-mail and we will send you some reinstallation steps to help, but please note that you should NOT post your key here or we will need to deactivate it.
