Forgive me if the solution to this issue as been posted, but my searches did not locate it for me...
My .pdf files do not show a proper icon...I did read about when they are on the desktop, and mine are not, they are in a separate directory under documents...
I can change the default program to Nitro PDF and the proper icon appears, but if I change the default back to your software, the icon goes back to a generic, ugly icon...
This is the only real frustration I have with this program at this time...

This could be caused by quite a few things, but let me suggest as a first thing to try and perform a reinstall, reboot and reinstall of our Viewer, and then restart again - this should set the default icon correctly.
Also please monitor your AV during the install, and make sure that it is not interfering in any way while you perform the reinstall.
