Hi!
I notice that in the Comments menu, there are options to show/hide all comments. I would like it if there were a toggle button available to do this, which I could put in one of the toolbars. This would save me a great amount of clicking. I know there is a keyboard shortcut, but a button would be nice. Since the functionality is already there, adding the toggle button should not be too difficult? Or is it already there and I miss it?
Kind regards,
Kevin
PS: I like your software. It uses the default Windows skin, instead of strange blue/dark gray skins used in other alternative PDF programs, which makes them cognitively very heavy. By reducing the amount of toolbars and buttons (which is very easy in your software), this becomes a light and very usable program. Love it!

Re: Show/Hide all comments
Hello Spiri82,
And thank you for the kind words about our products. We are pleased you like them!
As for the particular question you have - please note that the commands in the Comments menu are actually "Expand all" and "Collapse all" - so these will work for the comments pane only, they will not toggle the visibility of the comments inside the document.
As for whether you can assign shortcut keys, or add them to a toolbar - yes you can. Please have a look at this KB article on the subject:
How do I create custom short cut keys for tool bar commands.
The "Expand all" and "Collapse all" commands are in the Comments category.
Best,
Stefan
